FAQ’s

Do you travel?

Yes! We travel the entire East Coast + some! All of our wedding packages include a total of 90 miles of travel- anything above that may require a travel fee. Please let us know of all locations at the time of booking for the most accurate proposal.

How many photographers are included in your packages?

All of our wedding packages include 1 Photographer. If you would like to add a second photographer to your package, this can be arranged in advance for an additional fee which can be found here.

What is the booking process like?

Weddings:
After your initial inquiry we will send out a wedding day questionnaire which covers the bigger details about your big day, including the date, to see if we are available. Once we have received your answers and we have confirmed our availability, we will send you a proposal which includes your custom wedding package as well as our contract for you to review. We always love meeting with our couples in person, but if you do not find this necessary you will also be able to book us electronically via the emailed proposal.

All Other Sessions:
After your initial inquiry, we will send back a proposal which will include your invoice as well as our service contract. You will be able to process any booking fees as well as sign the contract electronically directly from this proposal. Once we receive both of these items we will be able to countersign and confirm your booking with us!

What is required for booking?

For weddings, we require a non-refundable 50% booking fee at the time of signing the contract in order to guarantee your wedding date with us. We NEVER double book and turn away ALL inquiries for your wedding date once you have officially booked with us! Because we turn away all other business and begin working on perfecting your special day, the booking fee is non-refundable.

For all other sessions, the non-refudable booking fee will be determined by session type. Most sessions do require a booking fee in order to guarantee your booking with us.

In both cases, the booking fee amount WILL BE applied to the total sum of your balance and IS NOT a separate fee from the session itself.

When will I receive my final images?

All weddings will receive samples within 10 to 14 days and a full final gallery within 45 days from your wedding date. Your gallery will then be active for 30 days after receiving the final images. Please be sure to download and back up all images before the expiration date. There may be a fee associated with image recovery if for some reason you do not back them up within this time frame. However, we are not responsible for having copies or back ups of your final images beyond the expiration of your gallery.

All other sessions will receive samples within 7 to 10 days and a full final gallery within 14 days from the session date. Your gallery will be active for 14 days after receiving the final images. Please be sure to download and back up all images before the expiration date. There may be a fee associated with image recovery if for some reason you do not back them up within this time frame. However, we are not responsible for having copies or back ups of your final images beyond the expiration of your gallery.

How far in advance should I book my wedding photographer?

The best time to start looking for wedding vendors is after you have nailed down a wedding date AND a venue. A lot of vendors will want to know where and when the wedding will be taking place so that they can make sure they are available and willing to travel to your venue. This includes us! We typically start booking weddings 2 to 3 years in advance, depending on how popular the date is would determine your urgency to book…We certainly wouldn’t wait to start shopping around for wedding vendors once you have nailed down your wedding date.

Do you offer videography?

We take on a limited number of video projects per month. Please let us know if you are interested in booking videography with your photography package and we will be happy to go over more details with you!
