FAQ’s

Do you travel?

Yes! All of our packages include a total of 90 miles of travel- anything above that is $0.51 per additional mile. This does not include other forms of transportation (train,bus,etc.) or lodging fees.

How many photographers are included in your packages?

All of our wedding packages include 1 Photographer. Of course if you would like to add second photographer, this can be arranged in advance for an additional fee which can be found here.

What is the booking process like?

After your initial inquiry we will send out a wedding day questionnaire which covers the bigger details about your big day, including the date, to see if we are available. Once we have received your answers and we have confirmed our availability, we will send you a proposal which includes your custom wedding package as well as our contract for you to review. We always love meeting with our couples in person, but if you do not find this necessary you will also be able to book us electronically via the emailed proposal.

What is required for booking?

We require a 50% booking fee at the time of signing the contract in order to guarantee your wedding date with us. We NEVER double book and turn away ALL inquiries for your wedding date, once you have officially booked with us! Because we turn away all other business and begin working on perfecting your special day, the booking fee is non-refundable.

How far in advance should I book my wedding photographer?

The best time to start looking for wedding vendors is after you have nailed down a wedding date AND a venue. A lot of vendors will want to know where and when the wedding will be taking place so that they can make sure they are available and willing to travel to your venue. This includes us! We typically start booking weddings up to 2 years in advance, depending on how popular the date is would determine your urgency to book…We certainly wouldn’t wait to start shopping around for wedding vendors!

Do you offer videography?

We take on a limited number of video projects per month. Please let us know if you are interested in booking videography with your photography package and we will be happy to go over more details with you!
